1. How do we get to Kiao Beach Palawan?

We are located in Southwest of Puerto Princesa, Palawan (about 75 minutes drive). We recommend arriving during daylight hours for safer and more scenic travel.

2. What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability on the day of arrival/departure.

3. Is Wi-Fi available at the resort?

No, Wi-Fi is not available. Only Globe Telecom has signal in the area but please note that since we are close to nature, the connection may vary.

4. What should we bring with us?

We suggest bringing:

  • Sunscreen, insect repellent, and swimwear
  • Cash, as ATMs may not always be available nearby

5. Do you offer airport or city transfers?

Yes, we can help you arrange both shared and private transfers from Puerto Princesa Airport or the city. Advance booking is highly recommended. Though we also have a contact car/motorcycle rental by the airport where you can rent your private transportation. With this option it will give you more flexibility to go around nearby or farther the resort.

6. What activities can we do at Kiao Beach?

Guests can enjoy:

  • Swimming and snorkeling
  • Beach lounging and kayaking (soon in November)
  • Island-hopping tours (can be arranged at the property)
  • Relaxing with sunset views right from the beach

7. Do you serve food at the hotel?

Yes, we have an in-house restaurant offering local dishes. We use fresh local ingredients whenever possible.

8. Can we bring outside food or drinks?

Outside food is generally not encouraged to maintain cleanliness and avoid pests, but exceptions may apply for special needs.

9. Do you allow pets?

Currently, we do not allow pets at the property to ensure comfort and cleanliness for all guests.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfers, and major digital wallets. Credit card will soon be accepted, so it’s best to bring cash as backup.
