1. We suggest bringing sunscreen, insect repellent, and swimwear
2. Cash, ATMs are not available near the resort.
3. While we deeply love our furbabies, pets are not allowed in the resort to maintain cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful environment for all the guests.
4. To help preserve the natural environment and maintain the resort’s cleanliness, events are not allowed.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and anywhere within KIAO Beach premises. Waikoloa Beach Resort is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms / room balconies / sitting areas and will be fined ₱10,000. Please help us maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our guests.
6. In case of fire, all cottages are equipped with fire extinguishers. Please refer to the TPASS method attached to it.
