About Us
Welcome to Kiao Beach, your peaceful escape in the quiet coastal village of Labtay (Napsan), just over an hour from Puerto Princesa City. Surrounded by tropical palms, soft white sand, and turquoise waters, our eco-conscious retreat is designed for travelers who value nature, simplicity, and sustainability.
Our rustic rooms, crafted from local mahogany and natural stone, are designed to blend with the natural landscape. Each unit comes with a private bathroom, clean linens, and either a garden or sea view terrace—just steps from the beach.
Life at Kiao Beach is off-grid and powered by solar energy. Guests can enjoy freshly prepared meals at our beachside restaurant, relax with a massage, or gather around the BBQ. For the adventurous, snorkeling, nature walks, and cultural activities like coconut oil-making offer authentic island experiences.
Food is a highlight of every stay. Our restaurant serves locally sourced, organic ingredients with a farm-to-table approach that brings out the flavors of Palawan.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is anytime until 12:00 PM. Free private parking is available on-site. While the property does not offer Wi-Fi or air-conditioning, the peaceful atmosphere provides a perfect chance for digital detox and relaxation.
The property is powered entirely by solar energy. Internet access and air-conditioning are not available. Pets and events are not allowed.
